Usual scenario:

1. All occurences of entities in doc/ tree need to be replaced with hardcoded
name of person.

2. Person need to be added to Developers Alumni List

3. Entity need to be removed.

PS: Please note that authors.ent is shared across translations of doc/ tree
(i.e. present in non-english directories). These cases need to be addressed
(translations need to be synchronized with english removal) before removing
entities itself.
