I have FreeBSD 4.0-20000101-CURRENT installed on a Compaq XP1000 Alpha Workstation. When trying to install netscape navigator from /usr/ports, it fails saying that the port is only for i386. Is there a navigator port for the Alpha? Also, should I expect that Linux emulation to work in under this configuration? I did not see a way to load the Linux KLD object for this distribution. Thanks! _________________________________________________________________________ Tom Lehman University of Southern California 703.812.3736(voice) Information Sciences Institute 703.812.3732(fax) tlehman@isi.edu To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the messagehelp
