Good point.  The latest ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/smi-numbers
includes the following ifType:
    135   l2vlan      Layer 2 Virtual LAN using 802.1Q  [MacFaden]

(There are 115 ifTypes listed that don't appear in <net/if_types.h>).
