Dave, not to make this more complicated than it needs to be, but there is a really slick interface called Webmin www.webmin.com that I was turned on to a while ago. It allows you to control most all of the services (and access to those services from other admins) running on your machine via an html interface. I mention it cause it's cool and also cause you can edit your quotas with it too. Hope this helps some..
