In case you don't > know, they are also PCI parts. Actually, I believe I am correct. He suggested a NE2000 card, which is 16-bit ISA, rather than a 3Com 3c590, which is PCI. I do see the point in using a SMC card, which is also PCI like the 3c590, but the NE2000 doesn't "belong" here; it is not PCI. All I'm saying is the cards must be PCI; I don't care what brand, as long as its fast.
