They're improving it a lot with every major OSX release, so I'm not sure why you're so upset. Apple is the company that is convincing HP, Brother, Lexmark, etc to agree on a common interface for printing, scanning, faxing, etc. They're doing a lot of good in the printing world. Regards, Mark
