Given the message, it might be wroth reporting if likes
of sysctl vm.pageout_oom_seq=3D120 (or larger?) makes any
difference and what the difference is, even if it ends
up being that it just takes longer to fail.

Going in a different direction, what configuration
difference(s) lead me and Kurt Jaeger to not get the
problem when we tried to test? Kurt's the better
example since ot was a 14.0-RELEASE context. This
would be an area to explore comparisons/contrasts
for.
