Subject: ATX Power off on shutdown?

Has anyone been able to get power off on shutdown to work on ATX
machines? I've tried enabling apm in the kernel, but I haven't been
able to find much documentation on this. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

I want this to work so that when apcupsd shuts my system down (when the
power goes out) the computer is actually turned off, not just sitting
there draining the batteries.

Thanks.
