>Description:
A few weeks ago a sent a message to -doc mentioning that there was a new online appendix to Operating Systems
Concepts that was all about FreeBSD, and I wanted to check where people thought it should be added. I don't think
anyone expressed any opinions, so I think it should go into /docs.html for now and perhaps into the developers
handbook as well (I'll make a patch for that when I've decided exactly where is most appropriate). The appendix
was also given the once-over by a few people on -hackers and they seemed to be happy with its content and thought
	it was worth linking to.
