I scrapped all of their stuff and just wrote it from scratch using the same technique of name'ing the submit buttons and having hidden fields pointing at the next and previous pages. All I really used from their samples was the .ins format. What you want is a single executable that serves up different pages based on it's command line args, nothing terribly tricky in that.
