They also remove the implicit "USE_LINUX" in the "USE_LINUX_PREFIX" case and it removes USE_XLIB for linux ports, since they don't depend on the FreeBSD X11 libs. I plan also to change the implicit USE_XLIB in the USE_X_PREFIX case, to be able to install linux binaries without the implicit dependency on the FreeBSD X11 libs. But I don't know when I get time for this.
