I am not sure to understand your comments.
As Garance mentioned this list would be in addition to the current
lists.

The press are different type of users in the sense that they may not
be trying to install FreeBSD to serve a purpose (i.e. run a server,
learn Unix). Instead they may be doing it just to write an article.

FreeBSD is a product (although some people like to make it a
religion) and like any product it needs to be marketted. Helping the
press is a long standing tradition to enhance a review or to allow
the reviewer to "experience" the product as he/she would have if
he/she had taken the time to learn/read manuals/search archives.

If we are able to get favorable reviews then we will get more users
and hopefully more companies doing products and services for the
FreeBSD community.
