Actually, the current version of the bind9 port doesn't install any
startup files in /usr/local/etc/rc.d.
I believe that the expected behavior is to set "named_program" in
/etc/rc.conf.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, if I'm giving out
mis-information, I'd like to remedy that.
