Well, I really think that depends on you more than anyone. FreeBSD obviously has a very wide feature set and you're not going to be able to cover even a tenth of it there, so the structure of this page should come more from the perspective of trying to do a certain kind of advocacy (selling FreeBSD as a server, for example) and picking and choosing a set of features to spotlight accordingly.
