I don't know about CTM, but the huge ports changes showed up in the 
cvsup mirrors.

Anyway: I just noticed that it started working again around 17.00 UTC, 
so this problem disappeared. Maybe CTM mails will come, but expect them to
be VERY LARGE ;-) since the whole structure changed.
