Search the recent archives for "psm". You will find plenty of messages concerning problems with psm and kvm switches. There are two relevant switches, one is the 0x100 switch, which often does not work. The other is the SYNCHACK switch, 0x8000, which forces a reset when out-of-sync is detected. The maintainer of psm.c has posted many times concerning problems and possible solutions. If you had bothered to search the archives for "psm" and "kvm" or "switch" you would have found plenty of help for your problem. I can perform the search for you and find my old messages and post a url to them is you are unable to do this yourself. /Joe To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
