Anyway, if they are unused, we can delete them. Yes, they are ARM-isms that were blindly copied from ARM source tree. When making trampoline stuff I used KERNLOADADDR and TRAMPLOADADDR variables because KERNPHYSADDR/KERNVIRTADD naming semantics is not applicable for MIPS memory layout.
