Just out of curiosity, what's required to get rtti support with a newer c++ compiler? I've tried libg++ 2.8.0, and I've tried recompiling some of the other c++ libraries (like qt) that I use to no avail. Will I be forced to use -fno-rtti with all my C++ apps? I'm still using an a.out system if that matters. Linux: The Microsoft Windows(tm) of the Unix(tm) world. - alex
