Greetings,

I'm currently being spammed from a site that doesn't aparently have a
DNS entry. This site [205.199.212.21] reports that it's name is
relay2.ispam.net. Looking up ispam.net I get that it's run by
the *ssh*les known as cyberpromo.

Question is, how can they get away with not having a DNS entry but
still using an IP address?

Mark
