That doesn't seem quite valid, it shouldn't be considered a good thing if a "showman-lawyer" (on either side) is permitted to sway a jury for a murder-trial. Of course this is getting off topic, or have there been any FreeBSD-current related homicides that I haven't heard about? ;--) Have there even been any actual trials directly related to FreeBSD?
