Is it possible somehow to mmap() a raw device such as /dev/rda0s2b?
I am writing a program that needs very fast access to raw data, it almost
creates its own filesystem in its own right.  I'd much rather be able to
mmap() the raw drive rather than having to go through the filesystem.
