-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, A port I am maintaining just updated its version from 1.97E to 1.97Ed. I can't set PORTVERSION to 1.97Ed since letter strings are not allowed. If I change it to 1.97E.d, portlint argues that 1.97E.d is less than 1.97E, and it also fails. Is it appropriate if I just leave PORTVERSION as 1.97E and bump PORTREVISION instead? - -- Leland Wang -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.6 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFC0eooCQM7t5B2mhARAjpQAJ4yn20k+zq9EO8TTd6okrpFItg3LgCdGDsh A6qgLE6d4T8dxjPEjJEFYwc= =t/WH -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
