You can see my work at http://www.FreeBSD.org/~green/read_cd/, the source being read_cd.c, tracks.c, and tracks.h. I haven't tested out how well data works really, and I haven't added jitter correction.... but it's just a start so far. I tried to make it as clean as possible so what it's missing can be added cleanly...
