Well, I made a first quick-and-dirty test for this.  Meaning in my local
handbook the CUPS article is now part of the printing chapter of the
handbook.

Outstanding tasks:
- - Check if information in there is still up-to-date/correct.
- - Optimize/fix markup.
- - Provide example of printer installation?
- - Include some screenshots?
