This is the second one I've seen.  The ones I got came from the
same charter.net.

Occasionally, I have to call them up and complain that one of
their machines has been "owned" and is being used to send out
exploits, viruses, trojans, etc.; then they clean up their act
for a little bit, get "owned" again, and start sending out yet
more crap.
