The error appears at the sending side. And the sending side is the main server w/ DNS. The receiver side is virtual, and it's setup properly in DNS. Strange, if send using IP address instead of domain name, it works. But with domain name, it doens't. As if the DNS is not even trying to resolve the name. So I did an experiemnt. I've created an email account test@server1.com at the local machine server1.com, and sent an email to test@server2.com in another machine. The result: the email was received at server1.com instead of that usual error message. As if the sendmail thinks that test@server2.com is local account.
