For the default output and all values within their range as set by
the format specifiers, yes. But see bde's comment.

You mean like ps -o? That would be nice to have, indeed. My copious free
time(TM) is consumed by PR driving right now, so don't expect me to
work on it in the near future. Has a core member ever filed a
change-request PR? :-)
