Thanks in advance for any help. I presume you have another FreeBSD box with a bigger drive. Instead of installing the sources on the NAT box, why not NFS mount /usr/src and /usr/obj from your other box? I have several FreeBSD boxes at home, but only one has sources on it, and I do all the world building there.
