To reproduce, reconnect 3 times in a row. The first time it will work, the
second time, you'll encounter an extra error (see below), and on the third
time, the app will exit due to the removal of the ovpn(4) interface.


Error got when connecting for the 2nd time:

openvpn[99009]: Unknown kernel notification 2
openvpn[99009]: mzar/x.y.y.z:34352 SIGTERM[soft,ovpn-dco: unknown reason]
received, client-instance exiting
openvpn[99009]: dco_update_peer_stat: invalid peer ID 2 returned by kernel
syslogd: last message repeated 1 times


Believe me or not, this bug is a nasty one and "disable-dco" is the only
workaround now.
