            Bug ID: 283463
Summary: 14.2 Root-on-ZFS installation creates a second home
                    directory under /mnt
           Product: Base System
           Version: 14.2-RELEASE
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: misc
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: drr.backup@gmail.com

14.2-RELEASE Root-on-ZFS installation creates a second home directory under
/mnt as '/mnt/home/<username>'. This directory is empty and does not seem t=
o be
used. Deleting it does not seem to affect the system.

Noticed this second home directory on two separate installations on bare me=
tal
and one on virtualbox. Some other users confirm this issue:
