	What you have is a 64 bit PCI card. You need a motherboard
   with 64 bit PCI connectors to use this card. Most "consumer"
   grade motherboards only have 32 bit PCI slots on them, as you
   are discovering. You need to look for a "server" ($$$) grade
   motherboard.
