Hi everyone

Is there any software/hardware that will allow me to limit the bandwith
that a partiuclar service users. We currently have a slow 128Kb link
linking our Cambridge office to our Derby office and we would like to
limit the bandwidth that people use for web browsing. - Can it be done
without affecting any other services?

Regards,
Anthony
