Thanks everyone, the problem has been solved. F. Heinrichmeyer
quickly replied and pointed out my mistake. This is actually
embarrassing. Instead of "tunefs -n enable [mount point]", I did
"tunefs -n enable [/dev/the device]". Moving on.... :)
