This and similar commits (but also kernel gdb breakage) make my kernel
debugging tutorial (http://www.lemis.com/grog/Papers/Debug-tutorial)
more and more out of date.  I don't have time to update it
effectively, so I'll stop giving it.  If somebody else is interested
in taking it over, please contact me.  The tutorial has always been
popular at conferences.
