You can download the flash player sources from the vendor
site.  Doing a port is relatively trivial.  Look at the
Linux version of the code, if you have any questions.

Java requires a JVM.  I don't think anyone has fully
integrated one with Mozilla, yet.  I'm guessing the
most likely candidate will be Kaffe, as a plug-in (to
avoid the GPL problem).
