If you have a /usr/local/java/lib directory, it wasn't installed by any
FreeBSD JDK release.  The FreeBSD JDK release installs itself in
.../jdk1.1.7, wherever you unpack it.  (Note, if you use the package, it
installs it in /usr/local/jdk1.1.7).
