Synopsis: devfs loses permissions State-Changed-From-To: open->analyzed State-Changed-By: phk State-Changed-When: Thu Jun 17 06:35:48 GMT 2004 State-Changed-Why: The problem here is that /etc/devfs.conf does not in fact work as it should. It just blindly applies the changes to the current contents of /dev where it should in fact create devfs rules and engange and apply those. This is really a task for our RCng crew, but I am not sure if rc@ is a valid PR owner address. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=63954
