With steal_idle=3D0 and balance=3D0 I was able to sucessfully build both
www/sogo2-activesync and devel/linux_libusb.


The there is definitely some downside to disabling steal_idle.  During my n=
ext
to last large poudriere run, I was seeing CPU idle% in the teens even while=
 the
load average was in the mid-40's.
