You are right, as we are talking on this list right now ;) Same for
the svn-* lists where it stated the same "Read-Only" in the
documentation.

I believe that this is where the "read-only" comes from - to
discourage people from sending mails directly to these lists, or using
these lists for long and in-depth discussion. Though people having
already been keeping things short and to the point, and moving long
discussions to the appropriate lists already, I don't think it is
necessary to document so.

For now, I will do another commit to remove this wording.
