... Then its good that Soren committed his changes.  The misplaced splx() 
patch corrected the problem for some but not all which is in the .1 release.

You mentioned that you are holding back updating because of this bug. Do 
you know if it affects you or not ? If it does, how about providing some 
details so the problem can be fixed.
