This is missing an explanation what the tags mean. A student may get =20
confused by this. What does it mean that the soc2007 ones are tagged =20
like they are? For a lot of them I don't see changes in p4. Are there =20
projects where a follow up in the SoC 2008 could be beneficial? What =20
are the outstanding issues?

This should be explained on the ideas page.
