At first, I used power to install
5.2 and had no errors at all. After
filling battery and using laptop
on it, here they are. 10-15 seconds
later, it stops. I suppose that I
should use some "hints" against
"acpi", but cannot find what. Since
comp is brand new, should not be
question of battery itself, who
knows? Does someone have answer
for those messages?

In this moment, I don't have any
tool to monitor battery status.
They all depend on APM. Is there
any to work with acpi? Or some
other way?

When I ask, let me ask further.
My HP has shared memory. I cannot
change that amount in bios. I was
told by service that it worked
dynamicly and no need to tweak any-
thing. Sounds strange to me. Is
it for real? (It has line in bios,
but cannot be reached or changed.)
No damage for performance, at least.
Only, I have to know.

Finaly, documentation nor hp site
have info for horizontal sync and
vertical refresh. I use values found
empirically. Hence, it is not a scien-
tific and cannot defend it if something
goes wrong. How do you find those
numbers?

Best regards

                             ZK
