There is no longer such a thing as 4.2 stable, it is called 4.3 rc. And the tag RELENG_4_2_stable is not valid. Read the mailing list archives this topic is brought up frequently. Colin Legendre CCNA, MCP, FreeBSD/Linux/Solaris sudz@ns3g.com -----Original Message----- From: owner-freebsd-stable@FreeBSD.ORG [mailto:owner-freebsd-stable@FreeBSD.ORG]On Behalf Of ignacio Sent: Thursday, April 19, 2001 5:45 PM To: stable Subject: cvsup tags How can i get a list of valid TAGS (updated). because if i use tag=RELENG_4_2_STABLE dont work and if i use tag=RELENG_4 y get 4.3-RC (release candidate); and i want 4.2-STABLE. The problem is im upgrading a freebsd-box with 4.1-RELEASE to 4.3-RC, but make buildworld fails. I think i must make first upgrade to 4.2 and then to 4.3-RC Is this ok? TNX -- Saludos,Ignacio.
