Log:
pc98 doesn't need COMPAT_OLDISA for any devices in the kernel.
However, GENERIC has wdc commented out, and COMPAT_OLDISA is required
for that. Comment out COMPAT_OLDISA and sdd a comment to this effect
near wdc.
