Hmm, I'll have to get ahold of a changer CDROM drive again to get
closer at this. The code in there is certainly not perfect, but
at least it did work (but you can have it eat you changer mechanism
for lunch by using more than of of the disks at once).

The only problem is that changer device are pretty rare, at least
here in DK land :(
