None of the recipients of list messages can remove you from the lists.

If you want to remove yourself from a list, then you need to go to the list management page at

    https://lists.freebsd.org

find the list you're interested in, for example

    https://lists.freebsd.org/subscription/freebsd-hackers

and click on the 'unsubscribe' list.  That will send an email which should automatically unsubscribe you.
