It is even in the ports collection nowedays: /usr/ports/audio/aereal-kmod After installing installing the port I believe you should do: cd /usr/local/etc/rc.d cp aureal.sh.sample areal.sh chmod 555 areal.sh Easier it can't be made I believe.
