I can publish parts of them.  See
<http://csail.mit.edu/~wollman/install-scripts.shar>; for the rc.d part
of the system.  You'll have to examine this closely to figure out how
it works and implement the cfengine bits yourself (or else replace
them with another configuration mechanism).  No warranties.
