Most likely, it means you are still using the DF_File that came with
the system.  Try removing /usr/libdata/perl/5.6.0/mach/auto/DB_File/
and /usr/libdata/perl/5.6.0/mach/DB_File.pm .  This is really more of a
perl module-compiling problem than a FreeBSD one.
