https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D276985 --- Comment #58 from Tomasz "CeDeROM" CEDRO <tomek@cedro.info> --- one more test of openarena drm crash on drm-510-kmod and possibly other drm versions as observed with drm-61-kmod: 1. on my system i had to set `sysctl hw.efi.poweroff=3D0` in order for power button to poweroff after shutdown. without this shutdown occurred but power= was not terminated at the end screen was on with shutdown console message etc. = this is important to see if machine can be powered off safely with power button = on drm crash without panic. 2. i have loaded amdgpu, stared xorg, launched some movie in firefox to have audio playback, started openarena to trigger a problem, screen hung, no mou= se was visible anymore, no keyboard input, audio was still playing, system was unresponsive from user perspective, but does not look like kernel panic bec= ause audio was still working. 3. i have pressed power button to trigger system shutdown. 4. firefox video playback stopped quickly after power button press as the s= ound disappeared. looks like shutdown was triggered correctly. 5. after some time screens went blank (no signal / unsupported signal depen= ding on the monitor). 6. after some more time system did power off. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
